Overseeing a team of 1,600 people across two continents and 2,000 dealers, Less's leadership has been instrumental in Nissan's success. Her commitment extends beyond professional realms, as she sponsors Nissan's eNable affinity group and participates as a board member for Second Harvest Food Bank in Nashville. With a bachelor’s in industrial engineering and a Master's in engineering management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Less is a distinguished leader in the automotive industry.
